Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT if you have contacted us within 14 days of receiving your order. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
All returns must be authorized by email at tiendalanopalita@gmail.com and must be sent within 14 days of receiving your order.
If accepted for a return, after we receive the item you will receive an online store credit via email. This store credit will be applied to the original email and account your purchase was made on.
Any reduced-price items or merchandise marked “SALE" or "Final Sale" cannot be returned.

Damages
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
