Tracking Products:
Once the product leaves our warehouse, we ask that you please contact the shipping provider for updates regarding shipping and delivery.
Domestic Shipments:
If you haven’t received your package or your order is showing delivered, please follow the provided steps:

Please allow 3-5 business days for the package to be delivered. Shipping carriers sometimes mark a package as delivered but will not deliver it until a later timeframe. If the package still has not arrived after the 5th business day, please reach out tiendalanopalita@gmail.com, as our customer service team can further assist you.

If your package is deemed lost in transit or can not be located, please contact us via email at tiendalanopalita@gmail.com and we can further assist you.
**Please note, we are not responsible for stolen packages.
International shipments:
International shipments can take up to 30-45 business days to be delivered.
We cannot be responsible for any customs restrictions, tariffs, or other regulations that may apply in countries outside of the United States. The responsibility is yours to check to see if your country allows the shipment of products you ordered (or wish to order). Any duties or taxes that may apply to your order are also your responsibility.
If for whatever reason your order is seized by customs, we will not issue you a refund unless all products are returned to us in the original condition per the return policy.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Within 14 days of your purchase from Tiendita La Nopalita., you can submit a return for eligible items in exchange for store credit via. email. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. If your return is approved, buyer is responsible for return shipping unless item is damaged or defective in which Tiendita La Nopalita will cover shipping costs.

International returns: Customers are responsible for return shipments and costs. We will issue store credit for the return once we receive the item(s) back at our warehouse. Once you have dropped off your item(s) with the shipping carrier, please be sure to reach out to our Customer Service Team at tiendalanopalita@gmail.com with your package's return tracking number. We do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in-transit.
